Dual Service LED Module Overview
Minray Dual Service LED Module is one of the earliest patented products developed by minray, which is an LED display unit with front and rear two-way maintenance function. Through modular design, the module can be disassembled, replaced and repaired from the front or back of the display, and the core lies in the innovation on the structure, which abandons the traditional module’s single back maintenance method, and makes maintenance operation more flexible and efficient through the convenient structure of magnetic suction and quick-release clips, especially suitable for the scenes with limited installation space or inconvenient maintenance. Through the gear transmission principle, it can be fixed by expansion and contraction, which makes the maintenance operation more flexible and efficient, and is especially suitable for the scenarios where the installation space is limited or the maintenance is inconvenient.
Dual Service LED Module Main Features
The main feature of the front and rear dual maintenance module is to save space, maximise the use of environmental space and reduce the difficulty of maintenance work in the later stage, the front and rear dual maintenance module does not need to reserve a maintenance channel to support independent front maintenance, eliminating the need to maintain the front and back of the LED display space, it does not need to dismantle the cabinets, wiring harnesses, etc., to avoid the difficulty of maintenance when working at high altitude, reducing the cost of maintenance.
